2006_smokies -- As I climb I see more snow. Here its probably about 11am and I'm closing in on 6000 ft. I pass a couple thru hikers camped at Mt Collins and they say they got almost an inch of snow last night and everything was soaked. Reports of a couple inches at Clingman's Dome are also making their way down the trail.
